Job Summary
Own the collateral workflow and basic reporting to keep sales and marketing aligned, coordinating production, distribution, and internal comms while delivering quality work across fast-paced projects.
- Collateral Production & Distribution: Coordinate creation, review, and dissemination of marketing assets for business development teams.
- Administrative Marketing Ops: Support multiple workstreams with organized project management and timely execution.
- Data & Reporting: Compile basic data for quarterly reports and communications to inform stakeholders.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist with projects to develop sales and marketing collateral for business development teams
- Assist with administrative marketing tasks across multiple workstreams
- Ability to coordinate the production and distribution of marketing collateral, internal communications
- Ability to conduct basic data analysis for quarterly reports/communications
- Excellent communications skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to execute multiple projects – short and long-term – in an organized and timely manner
- Fast learner, able to both independently problem-solve and work collaboratively
- Detail-oriented (e.g., cares that their and there are different things)
- Obsessive about doing high-quality work
- Preference for working in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and the Adobe Creative Suite.
