Own and execute the HOA marketing program from annual planning and budgeting through campaign execution, events, and resident relations, in collaboration with the marketing committee and property manager.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Works with marketing committee and Property Manager to develop an annual marketing plan and to develop a budget that supports the established marketing plan.
- Executes marketing activities:
- Develops marketing collateral, website and printed materials
- Serves as a resource to the marketing committee
- Plans and coordinates marketing events such as open houses
- Develops and maintains database of contacts, up-to-date records
- Builds awareness about the HOA in the community
- Assists with selling process:
- Maintains waitlist
- Schedules and conducts tours
Requirements
- 1 year of previous experience
- Real Estate License: Minnesota Real Estate License within 1-1/2 Years
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of previous experience
