- Oversee data quality tasks, including duplicate management, standardization, and field population per firm standards.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure the overall quality of data by examining and processing contact data changes made by InterAction users, including Attorneys, Practice Assistants and other staff. This includes the processing of DCM tickets, reviewing and promoting new contacts/possible duplicate contacts.
- Ensure the overall quality of data by performing daily data quality control procedures, including review and approval of data change management requests, checking and merging duplicate contacts, standardizing data and ensuring that the necessary data fields are populated according to firm data standards.
- Monitor the flow of data between InterAction, IQ, and other databases for accuracy and data quality.
- Perform and educate InterAction data imports and exports related to Marketing related projects and mailings.
- Provide InterAction project support and assist with developing best practices to ensure efficiency and improved work flow.
- Provide coordination and implementation of data updating for auto-replies/bouncebacks received in the firm’s Event’s mailbox.
- Perform and educate database queries to support firm marketing and business development efforts.
- Produce and maintain InterAction reports on a standard and ad-hoc basis to further support our lawyer and marketing team members with their business needs.
- Educate and support InterAction users and act as a CRM subject matter expert.
- Develop and execute a strategy to work with the Marketing team regularly on all active marketing mailing lists to ensure thought leadership is reaching the intended audience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
