Job Summary
Own cross-functional CRM and Martech execution by shaping data, processes, and technology to support multi-channel campaigns and stakeholder alignment.
- Oversee Martech and CRM integration, design fit-for-purpose operating models, and lead multi-team collaboration with Marketing, IT and Data.
- Translate marketing data into actionable improvements, partner with data teams to refine data infrastructure and multi-channel CRM initiatives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluate new tools, and act as a subject matter expert for CRM and Martech.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Solid understanding of Marketing organizations, processes and operating models
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management
- Understanding of Marketing technology platforms and systems, including MarTech tools, channels and services; CRM, marketing automation, AI and analytics tools.
- Experience matching business requirements with technical functionalities and capabilities
- Advanced project and change management skills and experience
- Strategy execution through the design and implementation of fit-for-purpose organization structures, operating models, processes and technologies
- Regularly liaise with data teams to improve data infrastructure, maintain seamless integration across databases and Martech components, and define and refine requirements for multi-channel CRM initiatives
- Analyse, report and translate marketing data into improvement initiatives
- Partner with Marketing, IT and Business Units to align strategies and ensure effective execution.
- Oversee the integration of Martech and CRM solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience managing marketing technology platforms and systems, including Martech tools, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
- Change Management processes and models
- Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform strategy and decision-making
- Familiarity with compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) related to customer data
- Negotiation and vendor management
- Well-organized, high attention to detail, deadline oriented
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to establish credibility and influence clients.
- Strong team player, comfortable working in matrix environments
Preferred
- PMP and CPM certifications are a plus
