Team & insight: coach a direct report and translate funnel analytics into leadership-ready recommendations.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Own and manage Noom’s Google Ads program, serving as the primary point of contact for one of our largest and most strategic advertising partnerships—driving performance, managing the relationship, and finding new opportunities for growth. - Oversee Microsoft advertising programs, ensuring strong performance and alignment with overall paid media strategy. - Lead Noom’s international paid social program across Meta, managing campaign strategy, execution, and optimization to drive efficient acquisition globally. - Manage and develop a direct report, coaching them on execution, building their skills, and helping them grow within the team. - Analyze campaign, funnel, and conversion data to identify opportunities, inform strategy, and present findings clearly to senior stakeholders. - Partner cross-functionally with Growth Product, Creative, and Engineering/Web Development teams to bring campaigns to life.
