Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading strategy sessions and creative check-ins.
- Collaborate with creative, design, and production teams to shape deliverables that align with client objectives.
- Develop and present campaign strategies, messaging frameworks, and creative concepts.
- Anticipate client feedback and ensure all work presented is polished, on-brand, and approval-ready.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform creative direction.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to creative teams based on client needs.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients by consistently delivering excellence.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a creative, strategy, or client-facing role (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of marketing, branding, and storytelling principles.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to think both creatively and analytically.
- Proven track record of turning client insights into winning creative strategies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
