Job Summary

Drive end-to-end creator events and activations, coordinating logistics, on-site execution, and cross-functional messaging.

  • Own end-to-end planning and on-site execution for creator events.
  • Must-have: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple timelines and last-minute changes.
  • Standout: Cross-functional coordination with social, content, and talent teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end planning and execution of creator events (launches, premieres, meetups, press days, and activations).
  • Coordinate travel and lodging for creators, press, and internal staff — flights, ground transport, hotel blocks, and itineraries.
  • Own day-of event execution support: check-in, press wrangling, green room, gifting, talent handling, and on-site troubleshooting.
  • Draft press materials: media alerts, pitch notes, talking points, run-of-show documents, and post-event recaps.
  • Maintain and segment media and influencer outreach lists; log every touchpoint and track responses in our CRM (Hubspot).
  • Handle administrative tasks that keep the team moving: calendar coordination, expense reports, vendor paperwork, NDAs, and event recap decks.
  • Partner with vendors (venues, caterers, AV, photographers) on outreach, scheduling, and budget tracking.
  • Help coordinate sound promo campaigns on TikTok and Instagram — supporting music marketing pushes for upcoming artists and releases by organizing creator pitches, tracking placements, and timing rollouts around release dates.
  • Work cross-functionally with social, content, and talent teams to keep messaging consistent across creator-facing moments.

Requirements

  • Rising junior, senior, or recent grad in PR, Communications, Marketing, Media, or related field.
  • Strong written communication, you can draft a clean media alert and a sharp email.
  • Deep interest in the creator economy; you follow creators, understand platforms, and have POV on what’s working.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; comfortable juggling multiple timelines and last-minute changes.
  • Calm under pressure on event days and willing to work occasional evenings/weekends around activations.

Preferred

  • Bonus: prior internship in PR, events, talent, or agency.
