Job Summary
Own regulated fintech influencer programs across YouTube, TikTok, and more, shaping creator partnerships, content briefs, and KPIs to drive acquisition, engagement, and compliant brand trust.
- Influencer Strategy and Partnerships: Own end-to-end program design, vetting, onboarding, and long-term creator relationships across key channels.
- Compliance-led Content Production: Define briefs, oversee scripting, ensure disclosures and promotions meet NFA/CFTC/FTC standards.
- Performance and Growth Analytics: Define KPIs, run A/B tests, track CPA and engagement, and adapt strategy for regional audiences.
Job Description
- Develop and execute scalable influencer marketing strategies aligned with company goals around customer acquisition, engagement, and brand trust
- Identify, segment, vet, and onboard influencer partners who resonate with the active trader audience across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels
- Partner with Compliance and Legal to ensure influencer content, disclosures, disclaimers, and financial promotions meet regulatory standards (e.g., NFA, CFTC, FTC)
- Negotiate campaign terms and compensation that create mutually beneficial relationships
- Maintain long-term partnerships with brand-aligned influencers and financial content creators
- Oversee end-to-end campaign management from concept through execution to performance review
- Collaborate with Product and Growth Marketing to integrate influencer content into broader campaigns
- Own content scripting and creative direction, providing creators with briefs, talking points, and hands-on support to produce on-brand, compliant content
- Define, track, and analyze campaign KPIs (acquisition, engagement, conversions, and cost per acquisition), conduct A/B testing, and deliver data-driven recommendations
- Support international growth by adapting creator strategy to regional audiences, platforms, and compliance requirements
