Own end-to-end demand generation driving B2B pipeline to revenue with hands-on HubSpot implementation and a data-driven channel mix across paid media, email, content, webinars, and events.
- Own and optimize HubSpot campaigns, workflows, scoring, and routing.
- Deliver reporting that ties activity to pipeline and revenue and present findings to leadership.

Responsibilities
- Building and executing demand generation programs that create qualified B2B pipeline and convert it to closed revenue. You will have targets, and you will have the autonomy and budget to hit them.
- The HubSpot instance, hands-on. Campaigns, programs, workflows, nurture sequences, lead scoring, routing, and reporting are yours to architect and run.
- Channel strategy and execution across the mix you know works: paid media, LinkedIn ads, email programs, content, webinars, and events.
- Reporting that ties marketing activity to pipeline and revenue, shared directly with leadership.
Requirements
- Proven, quantifiable success building B2B pipeline that converts to closed revenue. As a benchmark: you have generated at least $3M in pipeline converting to roughly $1M in marketing-sourced revenue, and you can walk through exactly how you did it and how it was attributed.
- Deep hands-on HubSpot ability. You have personally set up campaigns, workflows, nurture programs, scoring, and routing. You built it, not just used it.
- Currently operating at the manager or senior manager level and ready for full ownership of a demand gen function.
- Comfort in a lean environment where you plan, build, and execute yourself.
Preferred
- ABM experience, G2 or review-platform programs, light design ability, and familiarity with intent data tools. None of these are requirements. The two things above are.
