Job Description

Responsibilities

Developing a distinctive social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms
Creating a thoughtful, high-impact content calendar aligned with campaigns, productions, launches, and company priorities
Turning fashion concepts, cinematic footage, behind-the-scenes moments, digital visuals, and brand ideas into compelling social content
Developing original campaign concepts that grow awareness, engagement, community, and cultural relevance
Writing captions, campaign copy, social scripts, video concepts, creative briefs, and platform-specific messaging
Helping define the brand’s visual language, personality, tone of voice, and public identity
Directing and coordinating short-form videos, social graphics, launch campaigns, editorial content, and digital storytelling
Collaborating with designers, models, filmmakers, photographers, editors, developers, marketers, and company leadership
Identifying emerging fashion, beauty, entertainment, technology, and cultural trends before they become oversaturated
Building meaningful relationships with followers, creators, designers, artists, stylists, filmmakers, and potential collaborators

Requirements

Have experience in social media management, fashion marketing, content strategy, brand development, digital marketing, communications, or a related area
Have a genuine understanding of fashion culture, visual storytelling, audience behavior, and digital communities
Know how to create content that feels elevated, emotionally resonant, and culturally current
Can recognize emerging creative movements without simply imitating popular trends
Have excellent writing, editing, communication, and presentation skills
Can move comfortably between campaign strategy and hands-on creative execution
Possess strong taste, visual judgment, and attention to detail
Understand how content should change across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
Can use performance data to strengthen creative work and audience growth
Are organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines

Preferred

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, fashion merchandising, communications, public relations, media, film, business, or a related discipline
Two or more years of relevant professional experience
Experience working with a fashion, beauty, luxury, entertainment, lifestyle, media, technology, or consumer brand
A portfolio demonstrating social campaigns, visual storytelling, brand development, content production, or audience growth
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, or comparable creative tools
Experience producing, directing, or editing short-form video
Familiarity with social media analytics, scheduling platforms, audience research, and campaign reporting
Experience with creator partnerships, influencer marketing, community engagement, public relations, or event promotion
An interest in artificial intelligence, virtual production, digital fashion, immersive media, or emerging creative technology
