Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee a multi-million-dollar property performance across occupancy, revenue, and cost management.
- Lead leasing and resident relations while driving sales targets and ensuring a positive resident experience.
- Coordinate marketing, maintenance, and team development to sustain high performance and cohesive operations.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of management experience in multi-family properties (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Entrata CRM, and payroll software
