You will own research, outreach, and data-driven support for lead generation, reporting, and branding across sales, operations, and marketing teams.

Drive research on tenants, industry trends, and market opportunities to fuel business development
Maintain CRM records, prepare reports and materials, and support outreach strategies
Collaborate across sales, operations, and marketing on campaigns and initiatives

Research potential tenants, industry trends, and market opportunities
Connect with current and former tenants through email and phone outreach
Support lead generation efforts through research and data collection
Create and maintain reports, trackers, and business development metrics
Help monitor lease opportunities, tenant activity, and sales pipeline progress
Observe customer meetings, business development conversations, and lease negotiations with industry partners
Help create content that showcases company culture, employee engagement, and business activities
Assist with marketing materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns
Use Canva and other design tools to support branding initiatives
Help maintain consistent branding across communications and marketing channels

Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Available to work 30+ hours per week during the summer and 15–20 hours per week during the academic year at our Chicago, IL office.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Strong interest in business development, sales, marketing, branding, commercial real estate, or telecommunications infrastructure
Experience conducting research, analyzing information, and presenting findings
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
Experience creating content for LinkedIn or other professional social media platforms
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and engage professionally with internal and external stakeholders
Comfortable working independently while also collaborating within a team environment
Strong analytical mindset with an interest in sales strategy, market research, and business growth initiatives
Previous internship, leadership, campus organization, sales, customer service, or marketing experience is a plus
