Job Summary
Own and orchestrate integrated marketing campaigns across digital and live channels to translate scientific value into buyer-focused messaging, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and DBS-driven improvement.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, defining campaign, channel, and audience strategy across digital (web, social, email) and traditional platforms (events, tradeshows, media) to achieve business and performance goals.
- Create compelling, audience-focused content that translates complex scientific solutions into clear marketing narratives, engaging customers across the full buyer journey.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product Management, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business priorities, growth initiatives, and commercial execution.
- Manage campaign budgets and performance reporting, applying data, ROI insights, and AI-enabled marketing tools to optimize targeting, content effectiveness, and investment decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement through learning and application of the Danaher Business System (DBS), contributing to the overall success and innovation of the marketing organization.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Typically, 6+ years of experience in marketing communications, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute campaign, channel, and audience strategies in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
- Proven project management skills, with experience independently coordinating complex, multi-channel marketing initiatives across stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables using digital workflow tools (e.g. Monday.com).
- Demonstrated use of modern marketing technologies (e.g. HubSpot) and AI-driven tools for efficiency and personalization.
- Strong writing skills, with experience translating complex scientific concepts into clear, audience-appropriate marketing narratives.
- Ability to travel approximately 20% to key internal meetings, tradeshows and events.
- Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 15lb.
Preferred
- Experience in life science, medical device, or healthcare industries.
- Experience with analytics/CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI).
- Familiarity with creative tools (Adobe suite).
