Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own relationships with a portfolio of TikTok creators focused on local service and travel content
- Provide hands-on, 1-on-1 coaching on storytelling, content quality, and posting cadence
- Design and run creator campaigns that incentivize participation, align with content guidelines, and deliver measurable engagement and GMV outcomes
- Research high-performing local and travel content across platforms; identify the patterns, hooks, and formats that drive views and conversions
- Develop tier-specific training programs and SOPs to improve content performance, support creator growth, and drive advancement through the creator tier system
- Identify and evaluate high-potential POI (restaurants, hotels, attractions, experiences) based on visual appeal, audience interest, and conversion potential
- Build and maintain a structured POI database to fuel ongoing creator content opportunities
Requirements
- Experience in creator management, influencer marketing, TikTok Shop affiliate programs, or social media operations
- Strong instinct for what makes local discovery content perform — you watch this content, you understand it
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to juggle multiple creators and projects without dropping the ball
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt quickly as priorities shift
Preferred
- Familiarity with TikTok's creator ecosystem, tools, or monetization features
- Background in travel, hospitality, or food & beverage content
- Experience with GMV-driven creator programs or affiliate commerce
