Job Summary
Own the data and analytics program end to end, shaping strategy, data quality, compliance, modeling, and reporting across the organization.
- Lead the design strategy to improve our data strategy.

- Develop predictive models to forecast trends, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design strategy to improve our data strategy.
- Collaborate with teams to identify and address data quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with ethical data practices, privacy regulations, and industry standards in all data analytics activities.
- Implement continuous improvement processes for analytics methodologies, ensuring adaptability to evolving needs.
- Define the data acquisition strategy to ensure that desired levels of breadth and quality are achieved.
- Create the measurement plan for data management, including database readiness metrics and metrics that capture the impact of database readiness on downstream marketing processes.
- Manage a comprehensive reporting framework to provide accurate insights to partners.
- Analyze complex data sets to extract meaningful trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop compelling narratives around analytical findings, presenting insights in a way that resonates with diverse partners.
- Conduct root cause analysis to understand the underlying factors influencing important metrics and performance indicators.
Requirements
- Bachelors or equivalent years of experience
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
Preferred
- Experience driving data quality projects, unifying data from different systems and finding new ways to provide data consumers easy access to the information they need
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting and enablement with 2+ years of experience in leadership
- Experience with data modeling and database design
- MAP, SFDC, CDP, MTA, and web systems
- Work with business owners (data enablers) and data consumers to define data and reporting requirements
- Provide a vision and act as an advocate for data management
- Creation and maintaining a roadmap based on our goals and prioritization
