Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive, strategic digital communications, combining elements of targeted messaging, visual graphics, videos, analytics, and user feedback. Leverage diverse channels to share and collect information including in-person sessions, online meetings, video-based content, and user self-service.
• Independently develop high-visibility communication campaigns (including creating content, defining timelines, developing resource documents, identifying stakeholder impact, and selecting communication channels).
• Serve as a principal advisor to IT leadership regarding technology and workforce communications. Provide guidance to executives and program managers regarding communication policy, change management methodology, and employee engagement best practices.
• Monitor and analyze data such as open rates, digital analytics, and customer satisfaction scores. Evaluate the overall effectiveness of the team’s communications and marketing efforts, informing continuous improvements, and ensuring the program consistently meets its strategic objectives and delivers maximum value to employees. Develop and present reports to leadership summarizing the results of the program.
• Conduct in-depth analyses, prepare comprehensive reports, develop and deliver presentations for leadership, and perform advanced data analysis to support strategic decision-making related to technology solutions and adoption.

• Serve a one year probationary period, if required.
