Job Summary
Own revenue growth and client portfolio expansion with team leadership, KPI-driven optimization, and strong cross-functional collaboration across home services accounts.
- Own revenue, margin, and retention across assigned accounts with accountable leadership over an Account Management team.
- Forecast performance, report to executives, and expand revenue opportunities within existing partnerships and new markets.
- Lead scalable processes for targeting, nurturing, and converting leads to improve campaign performance and client outcomes.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own revenue growth, margin performance, and retention across assigned accounts
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans for key client portfolios
- Forecast revenue and performance trends and report directly to executive leadership
- Identify new revenue opportunities within existing partnerships and new market segments
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Account Management team
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support professional development
- Allocate resources and balance workload to maximize efficiency
- Drive accountability through KPIs and performance tracking
- Serve as senior point of contact for key clients and strategic partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising platforms, affiliates, and vendors
Requirements
- BA/BS degree from 4-year university required
- 4+ years of experience in digital advertising or online lead generation
- 2+ years of team leadership or management experience
- Strong background in performance marketing and data-driven optimization
- Advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical skills
- Working knowledge of affiliate marketing, paid search, and web development processes
- Proven leader with strong collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives
Preferred
- Experience in the Home Services industry is a plus
