Responsibilities - Delivery and Installation: set up merchandise in homes, verify operation, and complete assembly or minor repairs. - Customer Experience: provide a professional, safety-first interaction and ensure showroom readiness. - Safety & Efficiency: maintain schedules, safe lifting, and operate with proper techniques. - Vehicle & Tools: keep company vehicles clean and properly equipped. - Store Support: assist with showroom setup and store operations. - Opportunity Recognition: spot chances to support additional sales during deliveries. Requirements - High school diploma or GED. - Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record. - Ability to perform physical, hands-on work daily and lift up to 50 lbs. - Strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail. - Comfortable interacting with customers in their homes. - Ability to follow processes and safety guidelines. - Previous delivery, warehouse, or customer service experience preferred.
