Job Summary
Own the on-site leasing and resident experience for a luxury apartment community, balancing front desk interactions, property quality, and market-driven outreach.
- Lease and applicant management: qualify prospects, process applications and verifications, and communicate outcomes.
- Property standards and reporting: daily inspections, walking the grounds, and submitting reports to the Community Manager.
- Market awareness and outreach: monitor sub-market trends and advise on property marketing and resident satisfaction.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents, qualify and determine their needs and preferences
- Inspect models and made-ready units daily to ensure they meet standards
- Conduct outreach marketing as assigned by the Community Manager
- Maintain awareness of local sub-market conditions and trends to make recommendations to Community Manager for marketing property and improving resident satisfaction
- Complete all lease applications, process application verifications and notify prospective residents of the results
- Assist Community Manager and Assistant Manager in preparation of daily and weekly reports, market surveys, etc.
- Ensure that the appearance and physical aspects of the community meet established standards by physically walking/inspecting the property daily and submitting reports to the Community Manager
Requirements
- One or more years of sales experience required
- One or more years of customer experience required
- One or more years of property management/leasing experience preferred
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with individuals of varying seniority and teams both inside and outside the organization
- Effective verbal and written communication skills via all communication channels
- Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency
- Demonstrates a positive "can do" demeanor, takes pride in achieving results and has a self-starter mindset
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Must have a valid driver's license and daily transportation for marketing and other duties
