Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support digital marketing specialist work connected with software development, technical support, application delivery, systems, testing, and internal technology operations.
- Maintain calendars, briefs, assets, status trackers, approvals, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare, review, schedule, or coordinate role-appropriate content, campaigns, communications, or event materials.
- Track activity and performance indicators and prepare clear updates for internal or client review.
- Coordinate deadlines and handoffs with teammates, clients, vendors, venues, or creative partners as appropriate.
- Quality-check deliverables and keep campaign, communication, or event records organized.
Requirements
- Strong written communication, organization, and deadline management.
- Comfort learning marketing, social, content, analytics, spreadsheet, or project tools appropriate to the role.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and maintain accurate status information.
- Professional communication with teammates, clients, customers, or vendors.
- Portfolio or direct experience is useful where relevant, but transferable project or communication experience can also qualify.
- A pre-employment background check is required.
