Job Summary
Own the cross-channel marketing workflow that turns collateral production, executive communications, and cross-team partnerships into a cohesive, externally-facing brand story and internal alignment.
- Collateral & Campaign Materials: Coordinate design and delivery of product cards, flyers, signage, eBlasts, and event promos to support sales and brand campaigns.
- Executive & PR Communications: Shape leader-level letters, speeches, and articles with clear, compliant messaging across customer and community audiences.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develops and coordinates production of marketing collateral, print and digital advertising, and event promotion materials.
- Serves as the liaison between Marketing and Sales to ensure necessary materials and promotional items are available, creating customized collateral and client-facing materials.
- Designs and produces marketing and sales materials using Bank software platforms.
- Develops executive-level communications that align with brand voice, messaging, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepares and disseminates press releases and plans marketing and public relations efforts to raise brand awareness.
- Supports internal communications, delivering clear messaging aligned with values and objectives while ensuring brand consistency and compliance.
- Assists with short- and long-term marketing goals that impact market share and profitability.
- Builds relationships with third-party marketing providers and directs project work.
- Collaborates with internal departments to support product promotions, sponsorships, events, and community initiatives.
- Supports other projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, business, or related field; minimum two years of marketing experience.
- Communications and/or journalism experience required.
- Proficiency in graphic design and layout to develop print-ready materials aligned with brand standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with solid presentation abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with staff and management.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Preferred
- Knowledge of the banking industry and familiarity with bank products and services is strongly preferred.
