Job Summary

Own local community engagement for UFC GYM by building brand relationships, supporting outreach and events, and maintaining a positive public presence.

  • Develop and nurture community relationships and represent UFC GYM publicly
  • Assist with events, activations, and outreach efforts
  • Maintain active outreach through materials distribution and social channels

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build positive relationships within the local community and represent the UFC GYM brand in a professional and approachable manner.
  • Assist with outreach efforts, including distributing promotional materials and maintaining an active social media presence.
  • Support the management team during events such as site activations, community gatherings, and celebrations.
  • Engage with individuals in a genuine and respectful way, ensuring interactions reflect the brand’s values.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of customer engagement and communication practices.
  • General knowledge of the fitness industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods when needed.
