Job Summary

Own high-impact demand and growth motions with enterprise ABM and PLG, driving cross-channel orchestration, AI-enabled automation, and data-driven optimization that tie to ARR.

  • Growth infrastructure: build multi-channel demand programs and advanced segmentation for Named Accounts.
  • PLG growth: plan and execute ICP acquisition, activation, and pipeline conversion via the Test Drive program.
  • Measurement and experimentation: define North Star metrics, dashboards, and a rigorous testing roadmap to lift engagement and sales impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver multi-channel demand programs: Define and run the demand strategy for the Named Account Model, building the advanced segmentation, dynamic orchestration, and prioritization that reach, engage, and convert priority accounts at scale.
  • Own and scale PLG growth motion : Lead planning and execution for ICP acquisition, activation, and pipeline conversion through Keyfactor’s Test Drive program.
  • Develop and manage growth measurement and reporting: Define North Star metrics and supporting KPI s that tie leading indicators, engagement data, and funnel metrics to Opportunity ARR and Revenue. Partner with Marketing Ops, Rev Ops, and Marketing Analyst to maintain performance dashboards , and turn data into direction for the team and leadership.
  • Build the experimentation engine: De velop the testing roadma p and raise the bar on experiment rigor to optimize for what works and improve engagement rates, pipeline quality, and sales impact across channels.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment: Project manage and partner across Performance Marketing, Marketing Ops, Web, Content, Field, Customer, Brand, Product Marketing, SDR, and Sales to ensure message-to-market fit, account and segment prioritization, full-funnel alignment, and SDR and Sales conversion.
  • Champion AI and automation : Set and implement the AI and automation strategy across the campaign operating process alongside Marketing Operations. Lead ideation and planning across content development, deployment, and optimization , and establish best practices and standards the broader team adopts.
  • Mentor and lead: Act as a player-coach and strategic thought partner to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, mentoring team members and innovating across the team .

Requirements

  • 7–9 years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation, ideally within high-growth B2B SaaS, with a track record of both setting strategy and executing hands-on.
  • Deep expertise in Enterprise B2B Growth and demand generation; demonstrated leadership deploying advanced segmentation and dynamic omni-channel campaign orchestration.
  • Proven experience running PLG alongside enterprise named-account campaign execution.
  • High data fluency with experience in multi-touch attribution models and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Dreamdata , DOMO); SQL or BI experience a plus.
  • Skilled at deploying AI and automation across omni-channel marketing workflow.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and drive multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced culture.
  • Strong sense of ownership ; you identify gaps, build solutions, and continuously optimize without waiting for direction , paired with experience mentoring marketers and influencing cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot and Salesforce; ABM tooling a plus.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
