Job Summary
Own the design and governance of incentive programs, turning onboarding and retention into durable product engagement while guarding against abuse and aligning with growth goals.
- Incentive framework design: launches, retention pushes, referrals, and seasonal arcs across client programs.
- Guardrails: anti-abuse controls for sybil attacks, multi-wallet farming, and bot-friendly campaigns.
- Cross-functional alignment: partner with Growth and BD to ensure campaigns are explainable and economically sustainable.
