You will own frontline customer and partner engagement, support onboarding and lead generation, and contribute to brand promotions and marketing campaigns, working with sales and marketing teams to drive customer success.

Responsibilities
- Build positive connections through clear, confident communication with customers and client partners
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and collaborative planning
- Learn and understand client products/services to represent them accurately and enthusiastically
- Support sales activities, new customer onboarding, and lead-generation efforts
- Assist with brand promotions, product awareness, and marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with people in person
- Solid interpersonal abilities and an interest in leadership or team-oriented roles
- A high school diploma or equivalent; further education is beneficial
- A proactive mindset and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, people-focused setting
