Job Summary
Own and shape Holmes content and business development support across proposals, collateral, presentations, and digital platforms while coordinating visuals, research, and cross‑team coordination.
- Lead content creation for proposals, collateral, and digital channels
- Support BD through research, meeting prep, and industry networking
- Coordinate meetings and administrative workflows with the West Coast team
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain content for proposals, collateral, presentations, and Holmes’ digital platforms
- Craft compelling narratives that uphold our brand guidelines and convey the value of Holmes' projects and people
- Coordinate project photography and help maintain visual asset library
- Support business development activities through research, meeting preparation, and information management—in addition to building your own industry network!
- Coordinate meetings, correspondence, and other administrative functions that keep the team humming
- Work collaboratively with team members along the West Coast—and maybe even pick up some Māori words from our Kiwi colleagues!
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
- Some experience in an AEC firm is a big plus but not required
- Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for design
- Solid skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel)
- Great organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines without breaking a sweat
- A collaborative spirit - you work well with people at all levels of an organization
- Photography or videography skills and social media experience? Even better!
