Job Summary
Own the in-person customer journey and local brand presence, turning inquiries into qualified leads and repeat business while hitting daily sales targets.
- Field execution: Represent brands, articulate offerings, and surface customer needs to tailor recommended solutions.
- Pipeline & relationships: Generate leads, drive new customer acquisition, and sustain strong relationships with prompt issue resolution.

Responsibilities
- Represent client brands professionally in assigned territories
- Engage with prospective and existing customers in person
- Explain products, services, and promotions clearly
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
- Generate leads and support new customer acquisition
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Address customer questions and concerns promptly
- Track daily activity and sales results accurately
- Meet individual and team performance goals
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or other customer-facing roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation for local travel preferred
