Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of casino promotions, tournaments, giveaways, entertainment events, and special marketing initiatives.
- Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials, digital content, signage, and marketing communications.
- Assist with social media content, photography, and promotional campaigns.
- Help maintain and update marketing databases, player club information, and promotional tracking reports.
- Participating in event setup, registration, and guest interaction during promotions and special events.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing marketing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor competitor promotions and provide market research support.
- Process guest feedback, surveys, and comment cards.
- Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, scheduling, and preparation of reports.
- Collaborate with departments including Player Development, Food & Beverage, Hotel Operations, and Entertainment to support marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Current college student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Previous customer service, hospitality, event planning, or marketing experience preferred.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts preferred.
