Own end-to-end event support from planning and setup to post-event reporting, coordinating materials and schedules, engaging attendees, and collaborating with the marketing team.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and execution of promotional events
- Support event setup, organization, and breakdown
- Help prepare and organize marketing and promotional materials
- Welcome attendees and provide information about event activities
- Assist with customer engagement and outreach activities
- Coordinate event supplies, schedules, and materials
- Gather customer feedback and event observations
- Maintain organized records of event and marketing activities
- Collaborate with team members on promotional projects
- Assist with post-event organization and reporting
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods during events
- Flexible availability for occasional evenings or weekends
Preferred
- Previous event, marketing, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
