Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Interact with customers throughout the vehicle purchase journey — from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up — via phone, email, text, and in-person.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demos to showcase features, benefits, and technology.
Brand Promotion: Promote Hyundai’s brand and vehicles through social media, daily product videos, and promotional events.
Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to increase product awareness and create sales opportunities.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to enhance the overall customer experience.
Social Media Management: Learn and use social media platforms to share brand messages and engage with followers.
Event Participation: Attend and help execute promotional events, product launches, and dealership activities.
Feedback & Reporting: Share customer feedback and market insights with the marketing or sales team.

Requirements

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
