Own multi-channel UNLV Online marketing for recruitment and retention, coordinating content, campaigns, and data-driven optimization across Academic Affairs and university partners.

Campaign Ownership: Lead integrated campaigns for online degree programs across paid media, email journeys, website coordination, print collateral, and direct mail to support recruitment, admission, enrollment, and retention.
Channel Operations: Oversee UNLV Online multichannel programs including paid digital advertising, email journeys, site coordination, and collateral with budget and vendor management.
Data-Driven Collaboration: Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud data to optimize campaign performance and engagement, collaborating with Academic Affairs and university partners.

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, communications, public relations, journalism, English, or a related field plus 4 years of related experience, or a master’s degree with 2 years of related experience; credentials must be completed before start date.

Preferred: A master’s degree is advantageous; experience in enrollment-focused marketing for higher education or online learning; Salesforce Marketing Cloud proficiency; SEO and UX awareness; AP Style familiarity; content/editing skills; and creative digital content ability.
