Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building & Outreach
  • - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local hospitals, physicians, and healthcare providers.
  • - Educate referral sources about the services offered by The Grand Healthcare System, highlighting our commitment to excellence in patient care.
  • - Represent our facility at community events, health fairs, and other networking opportunities to increase visibility and generate referrals.
  • Patient Admissions & Coordination
  • - Coordinate patient admissions, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition from hospital to our facility.
  • - Review medical records and patient histories to make informed decisions about patient care.
  • - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care, addressing all needs.
  • Business Development & Marketing
  • - Drive marketing initiatives and outreach efforts to expand our referral network.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-driven and passionate about business development and building lasting relationships.
  • Ability to work independently while being a key part of a collaborative team.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel to nearby facilities to build connections.

Preferred

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare is preferred, with a knack for presentations and networking.
