Job Description

Responsibilities

Organize, manage, and communicate the supplier marketing event calendar to all key stakeholders.
Collaborate with supplier leadership & agencies to ensure clear expectations and requirements for each event.
Facilitate seamless execution by partnering with RBG teams, venue managers, and event organizers.
Attend and oversee key marketing events across the California marketplace to ensure alignment with brand standards and objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with key venue leaders, event managers, cultural influencers, and community stakeholders to maximize brand presence.
Gather insights from event execution and propose creative improvements for future activations.
Ensure proper chargeback and reconciliation of designated events within Tito’s budget.
Other projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience.
Ability to life , push and pull up to 50lbs regularly as part of event setup, teardown, and product transportation.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
