Job Summary
Own and drive internal and leadership communications, editorial planning, and employee engagement to strengthen culture, with a focus on intranet content, multimedia storytelling, and analytics to measure impact.

- Plan editorial calendars and support talking points, scripts, and related leadership content.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Employee messaging for the intranet, leadership updates, company-wide announcements
- Editorial planning
- leadership communications to support talking points, scripts, etc.
- Employee engagement to strengthen culture and connection across teams.
- Intranet management, multimedia content to support videos, graphics, visual storytelling, etc.
- Analytics and insights that help track engagement metrics
- Emerging tools research to explore new tools and ways of connecting with various employees (connected and unconnected), digital solutions, AI tools and trends.
- Lead and support efforts to foster an inclusive and welcoming workplace culture where everyone belongs
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program or higher with degree focus in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, or a related field from an accredited college/university OR have recently graduated within 1 year of the position start date (May/June)
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics
- Interest in emerging technologies, digital tools, and AI driven content creation
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Solid organizational skills
- Creative mindset
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
