Job Summary

Own onboarding and ongoing relationship management for Electro’s creator and ambassador network, ensuring fast routing of strong applications, steady deal momentum, and brand-aligned support across messages.

Manage athlete and affiliate relationships to move deals through the pipeline.
Screen inbound applications, route top candidates to the team, and escalate issues quickly.
Represent the Electro voice with energy and care while answering questions via playbooks.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Build strong athlete relationships through clear and supportive communication.
Flag unique requests or issues to the founding team quickly.
Qualify inbound creator and affiliate applications and route the strong ones to the team.
Recruit new affiliates into our ambassador program and walk them through onboarding.
Manage daily follow-ups with creators and affiliates to keep deals moving.
Represent the brand voice with energy, positivity, and care in every message.
Answer common questions and resolve athlete issues using our internal playbooks.

Requirements

Comfortable with Instagram DMs and basic CRM tools.
Strong written English and communication skills.
Quick learner who can pick up internal tools and systems fast.
Organized and dependable with a strong work ethic.

Preferred

Bonus if you’ve worked with influencer or affiliate programs before.
