Job Description
Responsibilities
- Execute digital marketing strategies across web design (WordPress), SEO, and advertising platforms.
- Develop focused, service-specific digital strategies for clients using individual services.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and SEO campaigns with a clear focus on ROI and the quality of website traffic.
- Design, build, and update client websites in WordPress, ensuring they are user-friendly, mobile-optimized, and SEO-ready.
- Track, analyze, and interpret campaign performance in GA4, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to internal team members and clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and excellence across all digital touch-points.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of WordPress web design experience with a portfolio of examples to share.
- 1-2 years of SEO strategy and execution experience with demonstrated results.
- 1-2 years of Google Ads experience with examples of campaign performance.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for data interpretation and strategy adjustment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Collaborative, team-first mindset.
