Job Description

Drive video production and photography for client shoots across real estate, hospitality, and brands, handling end-to-end creation from shoots to post-production.

Own on-site shoots and deliver engaging video and photo content for clients.
Edit existing content into short-form videos (reels, 60-second clips, TikToks, etc.).
Develop, shoot, and produce engaging videos for web and social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Vimeo, etc.).
Handle all aspects of post-production including color grading, audio mixing, and sound design.
Manage media assets, organize footage, and maintain an efficient archive system.
Collaborate closely with internal creative teams and clients to bring content visions to life.
Be the go-to expert for all things video and photography.
Edit and deliver up to 16 reels per week.
