Job Summary

Own the end-to-end delivery of print and digital marketing projects, from kickoff to final production, coordinating creative, production, and client reviews while maintaining brand standards.

  • Manage schedules, milestones, and on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with account, design, and production teams to resolve issues.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of print and digital marketing projects from kickoff through final delivery.
  • Develop project schedules, track milestones, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate internal creative, production, and client review processes.
  • Manage project assets, approvals, revisions, and final production files.
  • Ensure all deliverables (creative, copy, etc…) meet client brand standards, style guides, and quality expectations.
  • You will be on the call with our account team taking notes and responsible after that call for working with the production (and design team when necessary) to ensure accurate execution.
  • Identify potential scheduling or production issues early and proactively develop solutions.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of project management experience in an advertising agency, marketing, design, or production environment.
  • Experience managing both print (OOH, various other collateral) and digital (DOOH, HTML5 Banner, Paid Media, Social Static & Video, etc…) marketing deliverables.
  • Strong understanding of creative production workflows.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, commitment to quality and collaborative team player.
  • Experience using project management software (Workfront especially) a positive.
  • Experience working with a digital asset management system.
