Responsibilities

• Plan and execute fundraising nights, spirit nights, and charity-focused events that drive traffic and sales.
• Build partnerships with schools, youth sports teams, local organizations, and nonprofits.
• Secure sponsorships and represent Zaxby’s at community events, expos, and festivals.
• Serve as the local face of Zaxby’s—representing the brand with energy and hospitality.
• Build strong relationships with community leaders, businesses, fire/police departments, and town councils.
• Coordinate and activate sports partnerships, youth leagues, and game-day promotions.
• Support local store marketing efforts for grand openings, new product launches, and neighborhood promotions.
• Create social content, manage local social pages (if applicable), and engage with community groups.
• Distribute promotional materials, manage samples, and increase brand visibility at events.
• Drive catering order

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in field marketing, community outreach, event coordination, or partnership development (QSR experience a plus).
• Outgo ing, energetic personality with strong networking skills.
• Comfortable speaking with schools, town officials, sports leagues, and community groups.
• Ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and markets.
• Solid understanding of social media and grassroots marketing.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel between locations.
• Comfortable on Instagram and Google.

Preferred
