Campaign setup, QA, and trafficking: assist with setting up campaigns and ensuring proper rendering and tracking before launch.
Pacing, optimization, and verification: monitor delivery and flag under- or over-delivery, verify tags and reporting accuracy.
Reporting support and collaboration: assist daily to monthly performance updates and coordinate with partners for clean data.

Job Description

Campaign Setup & QA: Assist Senior Campaign Managers in setting up and "second-setting" campaigns in Google Ad Manager, Publica and SSPs to ensure accuracy before launch.
Pacing & Optimization: Monitor daily pacing dashboards; proactively flag under-delivery issues and suggest optimizations to meet contract goals and impression targets.
Technical Trafficking: Manage the trafficking of ad tags and troubleshoot technical issues related to creative rendering or tracking pixels.
Creative Services & QA: Preview ad creatives to ensure they meet specifications, conduct quality assurance checks, and provide screenshots for client "proof of posting" reports.
3rd Party Verification: Monitor 3rd party reporting (e.g.,DCM, IAS, DoubleVerify) after campaign set up to ensure all tags are tracking properly and discrepancies are minimized.
Reporting Support: Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting needs, providing regular updates on partner performance.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's program in advertising, marketing, business, or a quantitative field.
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data summation). Comfort working with ad tags and pixels.
Strong organizational skills, extreme attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Google Ad Manager, Publica, or Programmatic platforms. Interest in CTV/Streaming technology.
