Job Summary

Own onsite field marketing work in Houston with direct consumer interactions to drive demand and sales outcomes.

  • Field execution: turn customer interactions into measurable marketing and sales signals.
  • Analytics and reporting: gather behavior data and produce conversion, forecasting, and performance insights.
  • Operations and competitive intelligence: organize events, maintain campaign records, and monitor rivals to inform tactics.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • In person fieldwork with direct consumers to drive marketing and sales numbers
  • Gather and analyze consumer behavior data
  • Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates
  • Assist with organizing promotional events
  • Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
  • Prepare regular sales forecasting reports
  • Monitor competitors’ marketing activities

Requirements

  • Professional demeanor and articulate in conversation
  • Already living within commutable distance to the Galleria Mall and ready to work full time
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
