Job Summary
Own and accelerate brand strategy, cross-functional alignment, and agency partnerships to drive brand equity and ensure the consumer value proposition supports distributors and dealers.

- Agency & Partnerships: Lead briefs, creative production, and vendor relationships to deliver impactful campaigns and optimized spend.
- Performance & Growth: Set KPI governance, premium-fuel initiatives, licensing strategy, and cross-team collaboration to boost market impact.

(NYSE: HEP), a midstream petroleum products and crude oil transportation, terminalling and storage company.
