Job Summary
Own end-to-end production flow, juggling schedules from collateral to digital ads, and keep daily status updates while driving on-time delivery across creative and production teams.
- Production ownership: oversee multi-channel project lifecycles from brief to completion.
- Timeline discipline: ensure due dates are hit across all phases and stakeholders.
- Cross-functional coordination: align creative, production, client requests, and rapid problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage a wide variety of project schedules, including collateral, point of purchase materials, social, web, digital and all forms of advertising.
- Manage projects and timelines, from client request to completion, ranging from weeks to hours.
- Maintain a current status update of all projects throughout each day.
- Follow up on due dates that were established for all phases of each project.
- Ensures deadlines are met by all creative and production team members
Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years managing a creative production team at an agency, publisher, in-house marketing department or relevant equivalent
- Ability to be extremely detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organization skills
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software, HTML, print and indoor signage production with a strong design sense
- A strong collaborative working style
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly, taking initiative to seek out information to be able to solve problems on the fly
