Own the end-to-end support of paid media campaigns across digital channels, driving launches, QA, data collection, reporting, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Support execution of paid media campaigns across digital channels
- Coordinate campaign launches, creative assets, and trafficking
- Create insertion orders and maintain vendor specs and other media documentation
- Monitor campaigns and perform quality assurance checks
- Collect and organize campaign performance data
- Assist with reporting, dashboards, and client presentations
- Support media billing reconciliation and vendor coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams and media partners to ensure successful campaign delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field
- 1-3 years of agency or digital marketing experience preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data and Excel
- Familiarity with Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Business Manager, Google Analytics, or similar digital marketing platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
