Job Summary
Own end-to-end campaign execution across Facebook, Google, Snapchat, Twitter, and TikTok, turning data into higher performance for a direct-to-consumer audience.
- Campaign Strategy & Testing: Create, test and optimize creatives, copy, and tracking links to lift performance.
- Measurement & Reporting: Build reports and analyses to share actionable insights with the team.
- Channel Growth Loop: Iterate on tests and learnings to improve funnel performance across all channels.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- You create, optimise and measure the campaigns on our marketing channels: Facebook, Google, Snapchat, Twitter and Tiktok.
- You will be involved in the creation of ad creatives, copy and tracking links
- You develop ideas and implement tests to improve the performance of our campaigns
- You create reports and generate analyses to share your insights with the team
Requirements
- You have already gained some experience in digital marketing and user generation for a direct-to-consumer or app-based business
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in business administration, marketing, or social sciences, and ideally possess a solid foundation in statistics
- You enjoy working with data and have good analytical skills
- You work in a structured and independent manner and are well organised
- You have an affinity for fintechs and excellent communication skills in English (German optional)
- You love to work in an agile way and have a "getting things done" mentality. You are driven by creativity, fresh ideas and curiosity about the latest technologies.
