Lead and own end-to-end SEO and AEO programs across brand sites and franchise networks, collaborating with content, marketing, analytics, and product teams to drive technical optimization, local visibility, and performance reporting.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, andimplement comprehensiveSEO and AEOstrategiesacross brand websitesand digital channels.
- Collaborate with contentand marketing teamsto ensureconsistent brand messaging, content optimization,and digital visibility.
- Supportlocal SEO initiativesacross franchise locations, providing training, resources, and quality oversightto internal teams.
- Conduct comprehensiveSEO auditsto identify technicalissues, optimization opportunities, and areas forimproved search performance.
- Manageoff-page SEOefforts, including Google BusinessProfiles, local listings, and other digitalpresence initiatives.
- Partner with webproduct and analyticsteams to implementSEO initiatives anddelivercontent performance, rankings, and reporting insights.
- Monitor Google SearchConsole and BrightEdgedata to evaluateindexing, rankings, andemerging search trends, while maintaining white-hat SEO bestpractices and adaptingto changes inGoogle search.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree inMarketing, Advertising,or related fieldpreferred, with3+ years ofSEO experience
- Proficiency withcontent management systemssuch as Drupalor WordPress andSEO tools includingSEMrush, Ahrefs, orBrightEdge
- Strongwritten and verbalcommunication skills, with the abilityto coach, teach, and lead others
- Stronganalytical and data-driven decision-makingskills, including knowledge ofGoogle Analytics anddigital marketing terminology
- Highlydetail-oriented andorganized, with the abilityto manage multipleprojects, resources, andpriorities while maintainingaccuracy and quality
- Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Office andreport generation, with a strongcommitment to theTWO MEN ANDA TRUCK® CoreValues
