Job Description

Responsibilities

Assists in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels to promote products or services effectively.
Assist sales team with contacting clients or prospective customers to speak about products and services.
Assist project managers with preparing quotes, proposals, and bid packages in coordination with technical, estimating, and project teams.
Keep informed of changes that might affect product sales or services.
Maintain and update customer records, opportunities, and activity logs in CRM or sales tracking systems.
Assist with creating and editing content for social media, newsletters, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
Works closely with company personnel to ensure prompt service to customers.
Keeps informed on company contract procedures and product prices.
May assist with preparing displays and attend marketing events.
Search procurement websites.
Assist in preparing sales tracking reports and meeting materials, and participate in sales meetings.
Provide general administrative and project support to the marketing team as needed.
