Day-to-Day Office & Community Operations - Ensure a best-in-class resident experience by managing prospect and resident follow-ups, conducting move-in and move-out inspections, and leading execution on lease renewals, evictions and occupancy tracking. All while maintaining full compliance with Fair Housing, Tax Compliance, and all applicable regulations
