Drive onsite operations for a mult city event internship, coordinating volunteers and sponsors on a 10-week travel program.

Must-have: willing to travel 10 weeks (April–June)
Standout: Hands-on sales and relationship management with a small team

Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist with event setup and teardown in each city
Serve as Onsite Venue Operations Manager
Lead and Coordinate an onsite volunteer team
Work closely with a small traveling team (3 people total)
You’ll work directly with sponsors, exhibitors, and partners onsite — learning how live events operate behind the scenes while developing sales and relationship management skills.

Requirements

Must live in Southern California
Valid US Passport
Valid Driver License
Available to travel from April through mid-June (10 weeks)

Preferred

Prior experience in event management preferred
