Job Summary
Own and coordinate UConn Athletics marketing across fan engagement, revenue generation, and game-day experience, leading a team, cross-department collaboration, and partner relationships to maximize attendance and brand impact.
- Growth & fan engagement: Develop campaigns and digital programs to grow followers and drive ticket sales.
- Content & communications: Lead on-brand content across email, web, digital ads, press materials, and sponsorship deliverables with Learfield collaboration.
- Operations & strategy: Oversee game production, marketing plans, data-driven optimization, and cross-functional meetings to enhance fan experience and turnout.
